"Time Attention and Performance" Accelerating Results When Speed Can’t Presented by Tim JohnPress
Today’s turbulent times in the market has created an urgency-driven, reactive and resource-restricted work style making it increasingly difficult for individuals and organizations to achieve high productivity. Even before our current economic downturn, studies have shown this problem to be growing steadily worse for the past ten years.
During periods of explosive environmental change many of the dominant species from the preceding era are out-competed and go extinct. Companies that succeed in the future will be those skilled not only in time management, but in attention management.
This keynote explores the six causes of Organizational A.D.D. and how to treat them. These six variables represent some of the most compelling reasons that leaders (and organizations in general) need to learn how to better manage attention.
